Common questions.
How do I connect my ad accounts and pharmacy?
Every plan ships with the Compass Concierge — an in-product AI assistant (bottom-right of any page) that walks you through each connector step by step. Click 'Ask the Concierge' and tell it which platform you're connecting (Meta, Stripe, Google Ads, TikTok, Snap, or any of the five pharmacy adapters). It knows the click-paths and will flag common gotchas before you hit them.
How does per-pathway billing work?
Insights billing is metered by the number of live treatment pathways in your workspace. A pathway is live if it generated at least one order in the billing period. You pay $1,999/mo per live pathway — so a single-pathway brand pays $1,999, a 3-pathway brand pays $5,997, and so on.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — Insights includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll have full access to all Insights features across all live pathways during the trial period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges on any plan.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. You can downgrade from Insights to Free at any time. Your data is preserved; you lose access to cross-tenant benchmarks and network signals. Enterprise customers have a contractual notice period — see your contract.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, your workspace data is retained for 30 days. You can export a CSV of all your cohort and attribution data at any time from Settings → Export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
