How does per-pathway billing work?
Insights billing is metered by live pathways — treatment journeys that generated at least one order in the billing period. $1,999/mo per live pathway. Pathways with zero orders in a month are not billed.
When does the Insights trial start?
The 14-day free trial starts the moment you activate Insights in Settings → Plan. No credit card is required to start. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer (US only), and Apple Pay / Google Pay. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Go to Settings → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Enterprise changes require contacting your account manager.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within 7 days of being charged for Insights and haven't accessed cross-tenant benchmarks, we'll issue a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled case by case. Enterprise customers see their contract for refund terms.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is available on Insights and Enterprise with a 15% discount vs monthly. Contact sales or go to Settings → Plan to switch.
