What it does: Email automation and reactivation flows. Compass syncs patient lifecycle events so Klaviyo flows trigger at the right moments.

Credentials needed

• Private API Key (from Klaviyo → Account → Settings → API Keys)

Setup

1. Klaviyo → Account → Settings → API Keys → Create Private API Key
2. Scopes needed: read_events, write_events, read_profiles, write_profiles
3. Paste into Compass → Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo → Configure
