Overview & setup

Compass is a growth dashboard for DTC health brands. It connects your pharmacy adapters, attribution channels, and payment processors into one cohort-level retention view — so you can see exactly which acquisition channels produce profitable patients at day 7, 30, and 90.

1. Sign up

  1. 1Go to joincompass.ai/signup and enter your work email.
  2. 2Click the magic link in your email. No password required.
  3. 3Name your workspace (usually your brand name) and select your primary treatment category.

2. Connect your first integration

Compass supports 40+ connectors. Start with whichever data source matters most to you:

Go to Settings → Integrations inside your workspace to connect a source.

3. Run your first cohort report

Once your first integration is live, data begins ingesting within minutes. Navigate to Dashboard → Retention to see your first cohort retention chart.

The default view shows 30/60/90-day retention by acquisition source. Use the filter bar to drill into a specific channel, pathway, or pharmacy.

4. Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team and invite colleagues by email. Compass supports role-based access: Admins can manage integrations and billing; Members can view dashboards and export reports.
